PeeFence

Every year festivals and outdoor events alike are plagued by the intense stench that visitors leave behind when they pass water in the fence as a consequence of lacking toilet facilities. PeeFence is a flexible urinal which is easily set up in great quantities. It consists of a 1 mm tough and lightweight plastic membrane which is foldable for efficient storage and effortless setup. PeeFence is folded on site to establish the trough where the urine can flow and then mounted on fence by only four plastic strips. With PeeFence, it has never been easier to implement sanitation at outdoor events!

ResQ TRU

Lifepod ResQ is distinguished as an innovative security proposal. It offers current technology that facilitates their location and provide greater security in minimum space. The project makes inroads on solutions to everyday problems such as natural disasters around the world, designed from the global parameters of rescuing people in different circumstances. The shape resembles to a capsule which in addition to distribute the impacts, has a found reinforcement, similar to an assembly that will prevent the concentration of the impact on a single point.

X alarm

X alarm, is an alarm for smokers to make them realize what they are doing to themselves while they are doing it.This design is a new generation of cigarette filters .This design can be a good replacement for expensive advertisements against smoking and it has more influence on smokers minds than any other negative advertising.It has a very simple structure, the filters are stamped with an invisible ink that covers the negative area of the sketch and with each puff the sketch will appear clearer so with each puff you will see your heart is getting darker and you know what is happening to you.

Lr16

LR16 is giving an alternative for the current issues of operating with corpses after a disaster situation. It is designed to solve all the upcoming practical problems like material usage, lack of ergonomy, safety, but also to consider the emotional factors of the rescue workers, and the survivors. The special coffin serves to minimize contact with infected or dismembered corpses, simplifies stacking and storage. LR16 is a fully bio-degradable, durable construction, aligns to different cultural and religious differences and gives the last respect to the deceased ones.

Refugee Wearable Shelter

ROYAL COLLEGE OF ART Interior Design & Textiles students have developed an innovative and multi-functional wearable dwelling in direct response to the Syrian refugee crisis, The brief was set by their tutors, Dr Harriet Harriss & Graeme Brooker. The garment is designed to adapt from a jacket with large storage pockets into a sleeping bag and also a tent.
